Their team of 12 manages social media accounts from across the university, including the university's main accounts, which regularly rank among the most-engaged social accounts in higher education. In addition to content development, strategy, and community management, they also support issues management, advertising and other university campaigns. Together, they have 12 years of experience, including content creation and analytics for Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads and YouTube.
